Mariusz Wydurski brings bespoke fire protection and new insights

October 28, 2025

Mariusz Wydurski (35) joined the Riskonet team as a fire-protection engineer in September 2025. Having acquired experience as a designer and project manager, he brings with him a powerful combination of technical knowledge and practical expertise.

Professional competence in sprinkler technology

During his studies in the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Mariusz, specialised in hydraulic systems, including sewerage, air-conditioning, and heating systems.

“During my training, I didn’t gain any direct knowledge of sprinkler systems, but I did acquire experience with hydraulic systems,” he says. “My first position, as an assistant engineer for sprinkler systems, greatly increased my interest in this field, as well as my professional focus.”

From sketch to strategy

Mariusz then progressed from his role as a system designer to being a project manager for sprinkler systems on construction sites. It was this role that brought Mariusz into contact with Riskonet partner Maciej Drzewicki. Having recognised the valuable experience and insights that Mariusz could offer, Maciej encouraged him to join Riskonet.
“Thanks to my relevant experience and knowledge of sprinkler guidelines, I am well placed to guide the clients through the entire investment process related to the fire protection installation”
